Duration: Typical Day is from 9am to 4pm. Use any or all of the day as you like.

Group Size: Group days start at 2 guides and go up from there. Contact us with information about your group

Ratios: 4:1 for climbing. Hirer ratios for less technical days

Typical Season: Programs offered all year

Skill Level: Appropriate for all levels

Booking Details

    • Your Guide: All of the Guides at Gunks Guides & Climbing School hold a certification from the American Mountain Guides Association and work in the terrain they are certified in.

    • All rock-climbing gear and anchoring materials (shoes, harness, helmet, ropes, etc.)

  • You will meet your guide and get outfitted with any gear needed at The Rock & Snow Annex in New Paltz. You’ll then jump back in your car and drive to the chosen parking area together. Click Here for direction to our meeting locations.
